Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is a Nigerian author, well known for her novels "Purple Hibiscus"; "Half a Yellow Sun" and Americanah". Here's  a Ted Talk she gave in April 2017 and a link to the text . The text is sold as a booklet- a wonderful present to anyone you love. ​

  A Great comic explaining the idea of "mental Load": when I became a program manager I stopped doing the work itself and started planning it for other people, Emma explains. Mothers. and women find themselves doing the work and planning it nd managing their well meaning spouses. That's three jobs right there!
